NO. Many of our products contain walnuts, almonds, cashews or may have traces of nuts. Tahini (sesame seed butter) & coconut oil are also common ingredients in our kitchen.

If you have any questions at all about specific ingredients, brands, or possible allergies, please contact us on instagram or email us

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

Not yet. While we have some menu items that are gluten-free friendly however as our menu will always include items with gluten, for gluten allergies or celiacs, we cannot confirm that our products will ever be 100% GF.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUGAR-FREE?

No. We bake with a variety of refined & natural sugars  including:

  • Coconut sugar

  • Brown/golden sugar*

  • White sugar*

  • Maple syrup

  • Dates

*We are aware that some processed sugars are not vegan, which is why we only used brands that can confirm they are made in a bone-char free facility. Our main source for brown, white and golden-brown sugar is none other than Montreal's own Redpath sugar.
